You may return most new, unopened and untampered with items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping damage claims must be made with the shipper, and are not the responsibility of Rain Drops Detailing Supply. We ship most items with reasonable insurance coverage. By purchasing items from our site, you agree to hold Rain Drops Detailing Supply harmless and not liable for any damages due to shipper error, abuse, or other carrier circumstances. We take advanced measures to protect your items with multiple layers of protection that has been rated the best in the industry.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in North America. Angelwax Dealers for this site will be serviced primarily in the Northeast region of the continental US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Pre-order items on our site happen from time to time and are a result of importing premium products that sometimes arrive slower than anticipated. Please be aware that we have a 100% fulfillment rate, and your item will be shipped as soon as it arrives. Perfection takes time, but once your products are here the process is fast, and smooth.
Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes as our system is automated. Additions, free items, etc. cannot be added to your order once it has been placed. In order to be eligible for a return, the item/s must be new and the packing unopened. Items must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact us for an RMA.
Note: should you ship an item to a freight forwarder, we will not warranty any products for damages.
How do we ship?
Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available
