Generally, we work very quickly to pre-assemble your package and carefully package your items. In some circumstances we are delayed by customs and the difficult import process on some of our high-end products. As soon as a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your products are held up in any way by customs or delays in overseas shipment, we will ship your items as soon as we receive them.

Why should I create an account on Rain Drops Detailing Supply?
Creating an account is completely optional. It allows us to store your billing and shipping addresses to make the ordering process faster the next time you shop with us. This information is guarded by a password chosen by you, and no one else will have access to it. *The account does not save your credit card information. You do not have to log in to place an order.
What if I lose my username or password?

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online through our secure website, 24/7. Currently we cannot take orders over the phone due to security measures we take to keep your information safe.
How do I use a promo code?
When you’re ready to checkout, view your shopping cart and click checkout. On the next page you will enter your billing and shipping information and a coupon code in the space provided. The code will automatically apply the discount to applicable items in your shopping cart. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
How long does it take to process an order?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours. Special orders and custom items are shipped from the manufacturer and will require more time to ship. Pre-order is a way we manage out of stock items as many of our high-end products are imported from other countries across the world. We do our best to manage adequate inventory levels, but the high demand sometimes dictates a process like this is necessary. What is a billing address?
The billing address is where you receive your credit card bill. We must have the correct billing address to process your order. If we do not have the correct billing address, your card will decline, and we will contact you to get the correct address.

What is the return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, email us at Raindropsdetailingsupply@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
All "Free Shipping Offers" will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

Who pays for shipping?
Rain Drops covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or Rain Drops error will not be provided with a pre-paid USPS return label. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product".
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please email us and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will assign a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes. As you checkout, you will be asked for your billing address and your shipping address if it is different. We must have your billing address to charge your credit card. It is for verification purposes. If you supply a separate shipping address, your order will ship to that address. Please note that orders shipping to an address other than the billing may require a signature.
Is tracking information provided?
Yes. An email is automatically generated when your package leaves our warehouse. It is sent to the email address you provide when you place your order. If you do not provide an email address, we cannot send tracking information. The email is sent via an automatic delivery system called ShipStation.
What does pre-order mean on your website?
Great question. Pre-order usually means the item is usually a stocked item, but a dramatic increase in sales has left inventory lower than preferred. We constantly have large shipments flowing in, to rebuild our inventory so rest assured your item will be shipped the day we receive it.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive for a 24-48 hr order fulfillment time on in stock items, and you will receive an email notification after your order, and a separate email after shipping.
I didn't get a shipping notification
99.5% of the time we get this question, the email address was improperly filled out or not provided. Our shipping operation is highly automated so if this information is incorrect and email will not be forwarded to the customer.
How long will it take to get to my location?
While we enjoy getting items out quickly whenever possible, major shipping companies are not 100% foolproof. The tracking number and link provided will provide you with the most up to date information, but we cannot promise arrival dates of product because once it leaves our facility it is out of our control.
